Last week a wonderful thing arrived in the mail – two skeins of Ancient Arts Yarns Bluefaced Leicester wool. This lovely fingering weight is perfect for warmer shawls for fall and winter days. The two skeins are for a shawl pattern design (you can catch a little teaser of it in the green). The design has large areas of stockinette stitch which to highlight the beautiful pooling of Ancient Arts hand dyed yarns.
